The Minister of Health, Honourable Dr Frank Anthony, accompanied by Dr Jeetendra Mohanlall, Chief Medical Officer (AG), today met with Ms Elizabeth Vinecent, the Associate Vice President from the College of the North Atlantic (CNA), along with a team of officials from the said entity and their new partner, Team Broken Earth.
The meeting held at the Ministry’s Brickdam Headquarters was geared towards exploring opportunities for future collaboration to strengthen Guyana’s Healthcare system.
CNA is a project partner of the development team within the Canadian High Commission, under their Skills to the Access the Green Economy Project (SAGE) which has been actively involved in various educational and workforce development initiatives in Guyana.
With additional funding recently, CNA partnered with Team Broken Earth, a Canadian medical volunteer organisation known for its expertise in delivering critical medical care in underserved regions.
