Local Ophthalmologists receive training from Vanderbilt Associate Professor

Minister of Health, Honourable Dr Frank Anthony and United States Ambassador Nicole Theriot on September 18 met with Dr Megan Flemmons, a visiting Paediatric Ophthalmologist and Associate Professor at Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. The meeting was held at the Eye Clinic of the Georgetown Public Hospital Corporation (GPHC).

During her stint at GPHC, Dr Flemmons conducted several surgeries and engaged in training and educational session with our local Ophthalmologists.
