Health Minister Disscussed Malaria Surveillance and National Malaria Strategic Plan

Malaria Surveillance and National Malaria Strategic Plan Development A team from the Vector Control Services and the Pan American Health Organisation met with the Honourable Minister Dr Frank Anthony, to discuss plans for a Malaria Surveillance Capacity Assessment and the progress of the National Malaria Strategic Plan 2026-2030.

In attendance were Dr Reza Niles-Robin, Director of Vector Control Services; Dr Kashana James, National Malaria Coordinator; Dr Olivia Valz,Malaria Deputy Focal Point; Mr Andeh Hyeroba, USAID Consultant; Dr Jean Seme Fils Alexandre, Advisor for Malaria Prevention, Control, and Elimination; and Dr Dennis Navarro, Technical Officer for Malaria Surveillance, Prevention, and Control.
