1. Enroll, Register, Certify, and License Nursing Personnel:

   – Manage the enrollment, registration, certification, and licensing of nursing personnel.

2. Establish Standards:

   -Set standards for education, training, conduct, and performance of nursing personnel and ensure their maintenance.

3. Promote Interests:

   – Advocate for the interests of nursing personnel.

4. Advise the Minister:

   – Offer advice to the Minister on matters concerning nursing personnel.

5. Other Functions:

   – Undertake any other functions assigned by this Act or any other law.
